Letter from the Regent

Greetings.

For his assault upon my person, Lifian of Clan Nosferatu has been placed under Blood Hunt by Prince Black. We know Lifian to be a Sabbat agent. His current location is unknown. He is to be considered extremely dangerous. Information regarding his whereabouts is to be passed along to myself immediately. Do not attempt independent action against him without first informing the Chantry of your intentions.

Simone Mendoza has also been removed from the city, and is also believed to have been a Sabbat agent. We are certain that other Sabbat agents remain in place within the city structure. You are to remain observant for such agents, and are to inform me of any suspicions you may have in this regard. Do not act upon any information you may acquire regarding agents of this sort without first clearing your activities with me.

In order to take the offensive against the Sabbat, we shall construct a web of influence in Sabbat territory. Each of you shall expand into a different region. Northern New Jersey falls to Cesare, upstate New York to Lucien, and Long Island to Johan. The influences you acquire in these regions shall be yours to control, unless superseded by the needs of the Clan. Keep me apprised as to your progress in this regard.
