Amanda
This young, aggressive Kindred is the second in command of the Anarchs of Yonkers and Mount Vernon. She has pressed hard to form a public arrangement with the city's administration, knowing the shockwaves such a pact would send through the inner circles of the Camarilla.
Al-Rassad Brujah Archon
Al-Rassad's political interests extend no farther than the killing of Sabbat Kindred. Currently overseeing the election of a new Prince in Chicago.
Atticus Ventrue Justicar
Has stated publically that he will only return to New York in order to kill all Kindred present and start anew.

Raphael Toreador Archon
Raphael, the sire of Solomon Alastor, was one of the Archons called in to deal with the aftermath of Alastor's nuclear weapons bluff.
Sage
Head of the Brujah of St. Louis. (Not the Primogen, who is simply a puppet of the Prince.) Sage was an important leader in the failed Anarch riots that swept the mid-West during the 30s.
Trask, Liam Gangrel Archon
Sire of Thomas Flynn. An old schemer, Trask is believed to be on the West Coast, dealing with Anarchs.

Aldio, Maria Anna
A gifted neonate, known for her exhibits of installation art. Maria is well loved by many Kindred of New York, though she too has her share of enemies. She is also the only Kindred remaining in the city from the time of its reclamation from the Sabbat. She held the title of Keeper of Elysium for some time, an unusual honor for one so young; the title was stripped from her by Prince Flynn, due to her involvement in the Mendoza scandal.
Astor, Maxwell Seneschal and Toreador Primogen
A scion of the wealthy Astor line, Maxwell controlled the media of New York City until his departure, when he transferred his influence to his childe, Toni Bentley. Recently returned to the city after a sojourn to Indonesia, to pay off a Life Boon, he now stands at the right hand of Prince Flynn, with whom he shall stand or fall when the Camarilla moves against the Flynn regime.
Bennett, Stephen
Former Malkavian Primogen. A quiet Kindred, chosen for his role due to his innocuous appearance, Bennett has become much more active of late. Once considered paranoid in his extreme aversion to any physical danger, he has nonetheless put himself on the line against the Sabbat, demonstrating considerable knowledge of military tactics. Furthermore, he has been an outspoken advocate of Camarilla law, standing forth in public opposition to Flynn's regime. He has recently withdrawn his Clan from involvement in Flynn's administration.
Bentley, Toni
Childe of Maxwell Astor. Bentley has a journalistic background, and comes to New York from reconaissance service on Long Island, where she had been set to observe the Sabbat. At the present time, Toni Bentley aids her sire behind the scenes in manipulating the media of New York City.
Carter, Daniel Thomas
Former Seneschal, Tremere Primogen, and Tremere Regent. Successor to Tremere Regent Laurent DeBoshi. Carter claimed power among the Tremere of New York after a months-long interregnum, and reigned unchallenged for over a year. His success in winning allies to his cause was unprecedented in the city's history, and even former enemies turned to him for advice. Now, his involvement in Prince Flynn's reign has come back to haunt him. He withdrew from the city's administration in protest of Flynn's public dealings with the Anarchs; furthermore, he has been stripped of the Regency and much of his status by his elders. Most of his energies are now devoted to the reclamation of Philadelphia from the Sabbat; some say that he, not Uriel, is the true architect and director of that project.
Casaubon, Isaac
A scholarly Tremere, Casaubon arrived recently from Boston, and claims no interests other than research into certain historical matters. He has demonstrated some skill in military tactics in the battles against the Sabbat, however, and is on assignment with the Fort Lee garrison.
Cybian
Former Sheriff. A recent arrival in the city. Cybian has won a number of friends with his easygoing style, while his rough-and-tumble fighting technique has proved effective enough to rank him among the foremost of the city's defenders. Briefly acting as Sheriff during the Flynn regime, Cybian has yielded the title to Quincy. For the moment, he has withdrawn from city politics, and is believed to be preparing for a swift exit from the city.
Desertwind, Yurotay
Former Nosferatu Primogen. A proud Native American warrior of old, Yurotay makes no excuses for his disdain for Laurance Black and his Toreadors. His ferocity is matched only by his honor, qualities to which both allies and enemies attest. While he has long been a friend of Thomas Flynn, their bonds of friendship have been placed under strain by recent events.
Downing, Nathan
A quiet, secretive Nosferatu, with a penchant for astral spying. Currently the most visible Nosferatu information broker in the city.
Flynn, Thomas Prince of New York
Former Sheriff and Gangrel Primogen. Once a pillar of the city's Kindred community, Flynn has moved steadily towards Anarch beliefs, particularly after the death of his close friend Liam Conlan. His sudden and unexpected ascent to the Princedom has left Flynn with some difficult decisions to make, and he handles matters as best he can, striving to balance the political needs of the moment with his long-term democratic goals. Unfortunately, the coming purge by the Camarilla of the city's liberal and radical elements seems likely to bring his political experiment to a premature close.
Ignazio, Cesare
This thuggish bodyguard has served both of the last two Tremere Regents of New York. Under Daniel Carter, he was exiled from the city after sending mafiosi to attack the haven of Alex Petersen. Recently recalled to the city by Regent Salvatore Verucci.
January Nosferatu Primogen; Sheriff of Philadelphia
A businesslike Nosferatu, recently arrived in New York. She has demonstrated a powerful hatred for the Sabbat, and participates in raids against the enemy whenever possible. After the departure of Adam Wellington, Kohlman was left in charge of Ventrue influence in the city, and has done his best to pull things together with a minimum of resources. A soft-spoken, agreeable sort, Jonathan Masters is Archon Vargos' personal interrogator. After establishing Laurance Black as Prince, Vargos left Masters in New York. Masters has served as an interrogator and investigator for Princes Black and Flynn. He is now believed to be the primary agent of Archon Vargos in the city, and a harbinger of the purge to come. He refuses to appear in conclave at this time, but nonetheless remains active in the city.
Petersen, Alex Brujah Primogen
An elder Russian Brujah, Alex Petersen fell upon hard times in New York, where his involvement in the plot to overthrow Prince Michel Gerrant crippled his status in the Camarilla. Petersen's difficulties were compounded when the Sabbat captured him and replaced him with a double, who observed city activities for some time before being uncovered. Having returned from his stay among the Anarchs of Yonkers and Mount Vernon, he has immersed himself once more in city politics. He is one of the staunchest supporters of Flynn's rule, and stands to lose everything should Flynn fall... if he has anything left to lose.
Quincy Sheriff
A former lawman, Quincy stands among the ranks of the Alastors, those who have proved their worth to the Camarilla through the eradication of its most feared criminals and renegades. Since his promotion to the role of Tremere Primogen and Regent, Salvatore has been outspoken in his support of Camarilla orthodoxy, and stands now as Prince Flynn's chief opponent in the political arena.

A cold-hearted information broker, Eridani overstepped his bounds by planting listening devices within Ventrue Domain. For this and other excesses, his Clan exiled him from the city in early 1999. Location unknown.
Bjornaer, Magnus
A known Anarch, Magnus Bjornaer predates both the Camarilla and the Sabbat, and may be the oldest Kindred ever to set foot in New York City. Left the city after the arrival of the Anarch factions in Yonkers and Mount Vernon, evidently as a result of some internal political conflict between Anarch factions.
